Job Summary
Manage the profit and loss performance of assigned product lines and design pricing strategies tailored to key accounts. Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships while creating and executing comprehensive marketing strategies and promotional initiatives. Provide proactive sales support to identify new business opportunities and analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and risks. Forecast demand, plan inventory requirements with vendors, and prepare reports for management and stakeholders. Coordinate vendor training sessions and facilitate business reviews with internal sales teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of five years of experience in sales, business development, product management, or a related role within a distribution channel or manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute business strategies that drive revenue growth and improve profitability
- Results-oriented with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales and business objectives
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, including over the phone
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Adaptable, self-motivated, and capable of thriving in a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment
