Job Summary

Manage the end-to-end product life cycle for Home Loans, Small Business, and Consumer Vehicle Lending, including conducting market research, competitor analysis, and determining product pricing. Develop short and long-term strategies to modernize offerings while adhering to Product Risk Management policy. Evaluate pricing scenarios by analyzing model output, portfolio data, transaction flows, and account profitability to identify economic opportunities. Create comprehensive plans for product deployment, support sales training, and present visual analytics to executive leadership using SQL, Python, and Tableau. Partner with modeling, pricing, finance, and technology teams to align product initiatives with corporate objectives and ensure high adoption rates.

Required Qualifications

  • Modeling experience – regression, time series, ML – must have built or have been part of a team building and/or managing models
  • SQL and Python developer with at least 5 years of experience building code/workbooks in any programming language
  • Strong database administration skills
  • Excellent query skills across a variety of platforms
  • Ability to assist staff data requests or troubleshooting
  • Ability to generate views and reports for executive level presentations
  • Ability to think strategically and tactically to drive product success
  • Ability to form strong partnerships with key stakeholders and work with them on initiatives; hold accountable when needed
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter who takes initiative, works independently, and escalates issues or concerns effectively
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with an ability to confidently present to senior leaders
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to influence others to drive execution or approval of strategic recommendations
  • Ability to work with large amounts of data and deliver fast insights
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Must be able to work onsite in accordance with the workplace excellence policy

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with price elasticity and price optimization models and their implementation on data platforms
  • Experience with MRM (Model Risk Management)
  • Knowledge of Consumer and Small Business products preferred, in particular home loans and small business
  • Experience with SQL Plex, THOR, Teradata, ODS, W
  • Experience with Tableau Maps and/or strategic mapping
