Job Summary
Product Manager role focused on structuring the problem statements for product feature sets, researching product-market fit, and documenting business solutions with internal SMEs and stakeholders. Create Process Flows, User Journeys, and Data Flows; develop actual User Interfaces following Avasant’s Design Guidelines; collaborate with Development on API integrations and ML/DL enhancements; ensure feature delivery with Testing and SDLC alignment; craft Release Notes, User Guides, and training materials; support Marketing with literature and promotional assets; lead internal and client demos, and assist with pricing, RFIs, and RFPs. Requires ownership mindset, ability to work across product, engineering, and client teams, and capability to operate independently across multiple time zones. Global exposure and opportunities to work with multinational clients are offered. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree with minimum 4-6 years of experience in product managenment role
Desired Qualifications

- Prior work experience with leading tech industry analyst or B2B SaaS firms will be an advantage
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills across product, engineering, client teams
- Ability to work independently across multiple time zones/geographies
- Experience with enterprise SaaS or workflow platforms
- Knowledge of 3rd party API integrations, ML/DL concepts, and SDLC
- Experience with pricing, RFIs, and RFPs
