Job Summary
Coordinate product management activities and manage the full product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap creation to launch and post-launch optimization. Manage new product development activities using the Product Roadmap, identify opportunities, and lead cross-functional teams to determine inputs for product cost calculations and capital investment needs. Provide technical support ensuring products meet required approvals, calculate ROI for new developments, and determine pricing strategies using market research to meet profit targets. Forecast product requirements, maintain inventory levels, and visit customers to assess market needs and gather feedback. Attend industry trade shows to represent the company and gather market intelligence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Business, Engineering, or Marketing
- Minimum of 4–6 years of product management experience or applicable business-related experience, preferably within a manufacturing B2B environment
- Knowledge of IATF16949 Quality Systems and ISO14001 Environmental Management Systems
- Proven ability to lead internal product development teams and cross-functional initiatives
- Effective project and time management skills across multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused mindset with an emphasis on relationship building and responsiveness
- Strategic thinking with the ability to balance innovation, cost, and operational efficiency
- Must undergo and successfully complete a background check through the use of our 3rd party supplier
