Acts as the connective tissue between business stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver automation solutions across claims, policy administration, financial reconciliation, compliance, and regional operations. Shapes what gets built and retired, drives ROI, user experience, and strategic road mapping, and leads with a business-driven vision for scalable AI and automation. Close collaboration with technical teams to orchestrate high-impact automation initiatives within an enterprise fintech context.
