Job Summary
Product Manager for Assisted Services with a focus on Financial Services, Risk & Trust. Build intuitive user experiences and backend workflows to minimize friction for teammates, define product requirements with clear specifications for complex features, and drive measurable outcomes by leveraging analytics, teammate feedback, and customer data. Collaborate with Design to ensure UI aligns with eBay standards and with Engineering for scalable technical design; partner with Legal, Risk, Operations, and Policy to shape data-driven roadmaps while delivering trust and delight in every teammate interaction.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management or related experience
- strong interest or background in financial services, risk management, or customer experience platforms
- ability to translate insights into actionable product requirements
- analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- ability to collaborate across Engineering, Legal, Risk, Operations, Trust, and Policy
