Job Summary
Lead product strategy and roadmap for assigned industry verticals by becoming a subject matter expert on customer workflows, pain points, and business objectives. Conduct customer interviews, usability testing, and market research to identify innovation opportunities, then partner with Sales and Customer Success to validate product direction. Define product vision and rationale for stakeholders across Design, Engineering, and Leadership while balancing technical constraints with business priorities. Write clear requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria to drive execution from discovery through launch, continuously analyzing performance to improve the customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS
- Experience owning products from discovery through launch
- Strong customer discovery and product research skills
- Experience translating customer problems into product solutions
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Experience working with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Design, Sales, and Customer Success
- Strong analytical and prioritization skills
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with modern data platforms and APIs
- Background in vertical SaaS or industry-specific software
- Experience with mobile or cloud-based platforms
- Familiarity with construction workflows, especially pre-construction processes such as material takeoff and estimating
- Experience with CAD and/or BIM systems and related design workflows
