Job Summary
Own the product strategy and roadmap for applied AI capabilities within the Data Products portfolio, translating complex business and customer problems into production-grade, trusted AI solutions. Identify, frame, and prioritize high-value AI use cases, defining clear requirements, success metrics, and delivery plans. Lead end-to-end product discovery and delivery, partnering with engineering and MLOps to manage model lifecycle, evaluation, and operational readiness. Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution while aligning tradeoffs and risks. This senior individual contributor role reports to the Director, Product Management – Data Products on the Digital, Data & AI team in Krakow, Poland, focusing on scaling AI across teams to support life-saving activities in diagnostics and biotechnology.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, engineering, life sciences) or equivalent practical experience
- Extensive product management experience, including ownership of complex data- or AI-enabled products from discovery through scaled production
- Strong product judgment and craftsmanship, including problem framing, prioritization, metrics definition, and clear communication of strategy and decisions
- Experience building platform or capability-based products (e.g., shared services, APIs, reusable components) used by multiple teams or business units
- Working knowledge of applied AI product patterns, including model integration, orchestration, retrieval/grounding, evaluation, and safety considerations
