Job Summary
Associate Product Manager, Court Data and Alerts – works with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, Leadership) to ensure data quality, onboarding initiatives, portal/integration efforts, and the evolving automated intelligence engine; responsibilities include leading product initiatives across docketing, analytics, workflow, and platform capabilities; translates customer and business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria; collaborates to improve usability, scalability, and enterprise platform functionality; conducts customer interviews and analytics to drive product direction and metrics.
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of product management experience, preferably within B2B SaaS environments
- JD or other legal background strongly preferred
- Experience leading product initiatives from concept through launch
- Strong experience working directly with Engineering teams in agile development environments
- Ability to write clear product requirements and manage prioritization across competing initiatives
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in legal technology, litigation technology, court data, or legal workflows
