Job Summary
Frame problems, define success, and ship products end-to-end while rotating across high-impact business areas. Build with AI integrated into discovery, design, and the final product. Collaborate directly with engineering, design, analytics, and functional partners to drive decisions grounded in customer and data insights. Exercise real ownership on problems that move the business, determining when to ship or kill initiatives. Requires 3+ years of hands-on experience at a scaled consumer internet company; candidates must demonstrate shipped products, sharp problem-solving skills, and high agency. Based in Domlur, Bangalore, with a 5-day work week.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on PM experience at a scaled consumer internet company
- You've shipped products, not just written specs
- Sharp problem solver — you break messy problems into first-principles pieces
- High agency: You find the next thing to do before someone tells you
- AI-native, not AI-curious. You're already using AI day-to-day, in your workflow and in what you ship
- Strong customer, product, and business sense
- Self-starter. Comfortable with ambiguity and rotating across problem spaces
- Clean communicator and collaborator
