Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for the API Fabric at JPMorgan Chase leading the enterprise-grade integration/orchestration layer for Talent Acquisition APIs across the hiring ecosystem. Own strategy, roadmaps, and execution; partner with engineering, data science, cybersecurity, legal, HR, and vendors to deliver standardized, secure, and reusable APIs; define KPIs/OKRs, measure outcomes, manage backlog and releases, ensure data privacy/compliance, and drive cross-functional impact at scale in a matrixed organization.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience (or equivalent expertise) in the developments of Platforms, APIs, SDKs, Orchestration Layers, DevOps, MLOps, Observability
- Strong knowledge of the software development lifecycle, agile methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira), and product discovery/delivery practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders
- Passion for understanding the customer needs and delivering exceptional user experience, best-in-class products, systems, platforms, and tools
- Knowledge of APIs, batch, data stream, etc. to design and implement seamless integration with SaaS, third-party platforms, services, and various applications
- Ability to adapt to the changing priorities and manage multiple goals simultaneously
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Experience working with sensitive data and partnering to meet privacy and compliance obligations
