Product Manager

Product Manager for the Planner team at Aphex, owning end-to-end feature delivery from discovery through QA to launch. Collaborate with designers, developers, CX, CS, AMs, and customers to translate user needs into buildable features, write clear specs, define done, and maintain quality. Drive discovery, testing with real users, and track adoption to ensure outcomes. Coordinate across functions to manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and bring experimentation into the process (including AI-led approaches). Prefer experience with scheduling, Gantt, or task-based planning, and a preference for construction-tech or industrial software contexts. Must be based in Australia or New Zealand and comfortable with hybrid remote work and access to a WeWork office.
