Job Summary
Define the product vision, roadmap, and execution strategy for the Wealth Management Data Cloud, balancing regulatory needs, technology dependencies, and business value. Lead cross-functional delivery efforts by coordinating with business teams, technology partners, data owners, and governance stakeholders to define requirements, success criteria, and implementation plans. Manage intake, prioritization, and sequencing of data capability requests while driving stakeholder alignment through executive updates and roadmap reviews. Partner with engineering teams to ensure delivery plans align with architectural standards and establish user engagement plans, training needs, and change management approaches. Monitor product success measures including adoption, data availability, and stakeholder satisfaction to identify opportunities for improving the Data Cloud operating model.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in product management, data capabilities, data platforms, business management, strategy, project management, technology delivery, or a related function
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives involving business, technology, data, and senior stakeholder groups
- Strong project and program management skills, including roadmap development, milestone tracking, dependency management, risk identification, and issue resolution
- Ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements and prioritize competing demands based on strategic value, feasibility, urgency, and impact
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence, build consensus, and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong executive communication skills, including experience preparing senior-level updates, decision materials, roadmaps, and progress summaries
- Familiarity with data platforms, cloud data environments, data governance, data quality, data lineage, metadata, or enterprise data management concepts
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to operate independently, structure ambiguous problems, and drive work from concept through execution
- Experience working with a geographical dispersed team
- 8+ years of professional experience
- Undergraduate degree
