Job Summary
Create comprehensive user stories in Jira or Azure DevOps, gather and document business and technical requirements, and define acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and process flows. Translate business needs into actionable specifications for development teams while communicating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders. Manage and prioritize product backlogs, coordinate multiple platform initiatives across onshore, nearshore, and offshore teams, and maintain technical documentation for platform capabilities. Validate integrations using API testing tools and read C# code when necessary to support requirement analysis.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working as a Product Management Analyst, Business Analyst, Technical Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar technology-focused role
- Strong experience creating and managing user stories, acceptance criteria, functional requirements, and NFRs
- Hands-on experience with Jira and/or Azure DevOps
- Experience managing and prioritizing product backlogs, epics, features, and user stories
- Solid understanding of API development and integrations
- Experience working with SQL Server
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, Bruno, or similar technologies
- Ability to read and understand C# code to effectively collaborate with development teams
- Experience creating technical and end-user documentation
- Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear technical and functional specifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with distributed development teams, including onshore, nearshore, and offshore resources
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities simultaneously
- Strong understanding of software development processes and collaboration between Product, Business, and Engineering teams
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including Outlook and Teams
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
