Job Summary
As a Product Manager, you will define product strategy and roadmap by engaging with customers to identify use cases. Collaborate with UX designers to enhance user experience and work with the engineering team to build innovative products. Act as the voice of users within the company and support sales efforts for enterprise customers while collaborating with marketing on messaging and positioning. Candidates should have a proven track record in enterprise product management, a strong technical background in data technologies, and the ability to thrive in a dynamic startup environment.
Required Qualifications
- Technical expertise in contemporary data stack technologies
- Experience with developing and launching technical products for data engineers
- Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and develop innovative solutions
- Ability to collaborate with marketing for messaging and lead-generation strategy
Desired Qualifications
- Proven Data Product Experience with a minimum of 5+ years in enterprise product management
- Deep understanding of data stack concepts including ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and workload orchestration
- Hands-on experience with modern data stack technologies such as dbt, Snowflake, Spark, Fivetran, Airflow
- Strong foundation in AI technologies, including LLM frameworks and RAG architectures
- Exceptional Leadership Skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and creative thinking capabilities
- Previous experience in Series A or B-stage startups
