Own the end-to-end responsibility for a critical segment of our IoT platform, managing problem identification, prioritization, and continuous development of cloud-based parking management tools. Drive product strategy for operational tools covering configuration, rollout, monitoring, and fleet management while translating internal user needs into scalable improvements. Manage event-driven services that capture parking occupancy from device data, ensuring platform logic remains reliable, transparent, and scalable for complex business cases. Collaborate closely with engineering, system performance, customer success, and implementation teams to align technical frameworks, user requirements, and business priorities.
