Job Summary

Develop and evolve the strategic vision and roadmap for Alchemer's analytics products, balancing short-term delivery needs with long-term product vision. Partner with software engineers and subject matter experts to define technical requirements, establish technical direction, and evaluate trade-offs between usability and performance. Own the product backlog, prioritizing features, enhancements, bug fixes, and technical debt by reconciling executive-level business priorities with Engineering's capacity and constraints. Champion the adoption of AI and ML capabilities within analytics products to deepen insights and drive customer engagement. Analyze market opportunities, usage data, and customer feedback to refine product positioning and prioritization for maximum ROI. Track and evaluate KPIs to measure adoption, engagement, and the success of key analytics initiatives. Communicate directly with internal and external customers to gather input for product development, enhancements, and support activities.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience in enterprise SaaS
  • Deep understanding of analytics, BI, and data visualization tools/platforms (e.g., ThoughtSpot, Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, BigQuery)
  • Solid understanding of databases, data structures, and data modeling
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize a product backlog, balancing business priorities, new development, bug fixes, and technical debt
  • Experience partnering closely with engineering on technical trade-offs, work estimation, and release/sprint planning
  • Proven experience building data-driven products that deliver measurable business value
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical, and internal and external, stakeholders
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with Customer Experience, Voice of the Customer, or Market Research
  • Familiarity with machine learning and AI-powered analytics capabilities
