Product Manager - AI Security

Job Summary
Product Manager, AI Security, responsible for translating strategy into actionable deliverables, managing roadmaps and backlogs, and driving secure-by-default and shift-left principles across AI Security workstreams. Collaborates with engineering, architecture, and platform teams to plan and deliver security tooling, participates in Agile ceremonies, aligns with compliance, risk, and audit teams to integrate control requirements, defines user stories, prioritizes backlogs, coordinates vendor onboarding and validation activities, tracks delivery metrics and adoption, and supports release planning and feature implementation. Monitors milestones, risks, and decisions to enable continuous improvement and addresses vulnerabilities and misconfigurations through tool tuning and control design.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Product Management (or equivalent) capacity
- 3+ years’ experience in working with Information Security or Information Technology
- Experience in Regulatory, Compliance, Risk or Audit functions
- Experience with cloud or application security platforms and tooling
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Leadership through influence across multiple types of stakeholders
- Strong planning and organizational skills; can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Excellent understanding on financial principles of large enterprise organization
- Experience in working with complex processes
