Job Summary
Product Manager for AI, Real World Data and Advanced Analytics leads the definition and delivery of AI-enabled data, analytics, and insight capabilities on Prolaio’s cardiovascular platform. Responsibilities include defining product strategy, prioritizing opportunities leveraging clinical trials data and real-world data, creating business cases and prioritization frameworks, guiding discovery to identify user problems and workflows, writing clear product requirements and user stories, and partnering with engineering, data science, analytics, and clinical operations to prototype, validate, and deliver AI-enabled features and data products. The role entails leading agile delivery, sprint demos, release readiness, and post-launch feedback; envisioning analytics and reporting use cases for internal and external stakeholders; and ensuring privacy-preserving techniques are embedded in the platform. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and a minimum of five years in healthcare-related product management with experience in clinical trials, real-world data, analytics, and regulatory environments. Starting salary is $159,000 with potential variation by skills, experience, and location; located in Chicago, IL (US).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the healthcare industry, including at least 5 years in companies or environments focused on clinical trials, real-world evidence, real-world data, or real-world care settings as a Product Manager
- Proven experience designing, developing, and delivering healthcare products that leverage clinical trials data, real-world data, and analytics capabilities
- Proven ability owning product discovery, product requirements documentation, prototyping, prioritization, and agile delivery for software, data, or analytics products
- Proven ability to define analytics and insights use cases for platforms or products that serve both external customers and internal stakeholders, and to translate those use cases into dashboards, workflows, and product capabilities
- Experience in developing wireframes and prototypes using tools like Figma, Lovable etc.
- Experience in designing, developing and implementing privacy-enhancing techniques such as de-identification, tokenization, and pseudonymization in a data platform
- Experience working in a matrixed organization and partnering effectively with Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, Analytics, Data Science, Quality, and Marketing teams to move products from concept to launch in regulated healthcare environments
