Job Summary
Support the roadmap for Marketing AI initiatives, moving from pilot projects to systemic, owned infrastructure. Manage the AI intake, triage, and publishing pipeline, including testing, review, and enterprise publishing steps. Lead the Marketing AI Task Force by tracking use cases, coordinating training, and measuring impact across time savings, adoption, and ROI. Maintain a system-level view of the marketing technology stack, tracking platform usage and overlap to surface recommendations for the VP's review. Flag duplicative tools before renewal and support the AI governance policy and approval process. This role formalizes a dedicated function within Marketing Operations, embedding AI into everyday workflows for HUB's 20,000+ employees.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience supporting or owning a technology platform, product, or systems roadmap, ideally within marketing or a related function
- Product Management or Project Management experience
- experience with agile, kanban frameworks, etc
- A track record of building intake, workflow, or measurement infrastructure that teams adopt
- Experience building new programs or processes from the ground up, not just optimizing existing ones
- Comfort evaluating and speaking to non-technical stakeholders about technical tradeoffs and platform decisions
- Exposure to measuring adoption, productivity, or return on investment for a tool or program
- 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor's degree (4-year degree)
Desired Qualifications
- AI-specific experience and relevant certifications (e.g., prompt engineering, AI governance, or platform-specific credentials) are a plus, not a requirement
- The right person will bring the same rigor to AI that a strong product owner brings to any platform
