Product Manager – AI Dubbing

Job Summary

Define and own the product roadmap for the AI Dubbing platform, covering internal production tooling and the path to a commercialized, customer-facing product. Translate business requirements into detailed specs and user stories while managing the development lifecycle from ideation to launch. Collaborate with engineers, UX teams, and AI researchers to integrate voice synthesis, lip-sync, and automated quality review capabilities. Prioritize features based on impact to dubbing quality, production efficiency, and the commercialization roadmap. Engage with studios, broadcasters, and OTT platforms to validate product decisions and inform strategic decisions with direct customer insight. Implement analytics to monitor platform performance and production throughput, ensuring the tooling and processes evolve together as the platform scales.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years proven experience as a Product Manager
  • Strong understanding of M&E production workflows, content localisation, and the operational demands of studios, broadcasters, and OTT platforms
  • Experience building or managing AI-powered products, particularly those involving audio, speech, video, language, machine learning, or speech synthesis technologies
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and commercial acumen
  • Experience working in a fast-paced start-up or scale-up environment, comfortable with ambiguity, rapidly shifting priorities, and building with limited structure
  • Strong UX orientation and customer-centric decision-making, with experience applying jobs-to-be-done (JTBD) frameworks to product discovery and prioritisation
  • Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ability to apply data analysis to inform product decisions and measure outcomes

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience in AI-driven product development, media workflows, or content localisation
  • Familiarity with AI dubbing, voice synthesis, or automated translation technologies
  • Experience partnering with commercial, operations, engineering, and content teams to deliver a secure, scalable, and production-ready platform
  • Experience building and managing relationships with studio partners, broadcasters, OTT platforms, and technology partners
