Job Summary
Product Manager for an AI-native WFM platform focused on agentic forecasting and workforce planning. Owns automated volume forecasting, staffing requirements, and cross-program capacity allocation; designs multitenant staffing logic and dynamic queue balancing; defines agentic planning workflows and hands-on implementation of lightweight services and AI-driven automations. Works with engineering and IT to connect forecasting to CRM/HR/Finance stacks, integrates data collection agents with major CCaaS/ticketing platforms, and builds a closed feedback loop for forecast accuracy and schedule adherence. Responsibilities include prototyping workflows using AI developer tools, building services and assistants, and experimenting with frontier models to select the best LLM-based agentic loop for WFM. Requires direct Workforce Management experience and a track record in forecasting, staffing, and WFM integrations in CX/BPO environments.
Required Qualifications
- Direct Workforce Management experience is required
- Experience with systems such as NICE Verint Genesys Calabrio Aspect or equivalent WFM environments
- Hands-on product building including prototypes and lightweight services
- Experience with AI-enabled operations tooling and prototyping forecasting workflows
- Strong collaboration with engineering and operations leadership
- Ability to design multitenant staffing logic and cross-program capacity allocation
- Experience with integration to CRM/CC, HR, Finance systems
- Prototyping workflows using AI developer tools
- Translating operational logic into executable automation
- Knowledge of CCaaS and ticketing platforms
