Job Summary
Senior Product Manager for Internal Tools portfolio who can own the strategy and outcomes for multiple products, framing hard problems, and making defensible trade-offs against P&L and ROI. Partners across Care, Sales, Field, and back-office to land work that moves the business; acts as Agile Product Owner, defines audiences and use cases, constructs business cases with policy/security/brand guidelines, and leads cross-functional initiatives end-to-end. Drives KPI reporting, ROI analysis, and product readiness for GTM, Marketing, Sales, and Field; champions AI/LLM-based features and automation to improve agent workflows and internal productivity; communicates product vision to executive stakeholders and translates business logic to technical teams. Maintains strong collaboration with Engineering, UI/UX, and other product teams, shaping portfolio-level strategy, and delivering well-conceived solutions across multiple products.
Required Qualifications
- 8–10 years of product management or product operations experience
- ownership of multiple products or major product areas with measurable business outcomes
- experience constructing business cases, performing P&L / ROI evaluation, and managing direct product costs
- strong written and verbal communication at the Manager and Director level; executive-style writing, presentations, and storytelling
- experience as a Product Owner in an agile environment, including backlog management, sprint planning, release coordination, and Agile ceremonies
- ability to simplify complex problems into core issues and key actions; pivot as needed while staying grounded in the overall strategy
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; MBA or relevant Master’s a plus
