Job Summary
Product Manager leading full product lifecycle from strategy to launches for healthcare-related software, coordinating with engineering, QA, and cross-functional teams; translate business objectives into requirements, user stories, and priorities; develop messaging and value propositions; support Agile processes (sprints, reviews, retrospectives); engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and drive product improvements; remote role based in the US with up to 25% travel, focusing on enterprise-level billing, scheduling, and registration software solutions; strong analytical and communication skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare, Business, IT, or business-related field or equivalent/years of experience
- 7+ years related work experience
- 3+ years product management experience
- Experience with enterprise-level patient financial systems
- Experience with enterprise-level scheduling and/or registration software solutions
- Experience interacting with customers to define and prioritize requirements and specifications
- SAFe Agile experience preferred
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to define and manage complex processes and/or product issues of broad scope
- Demonstrated problem solving skills
- Travel up to 25%
