Job Summary
Own the product vision, roadmap, and execution for Avandra's Enterprise Imaging portfolio, defining initiatives that expand digital image exchange capabilities while strengthening physical media solutions. Lead products from concept through launch by writing clear requirements and user stories that translate customer problems into actionable engineering work, balancing requests, technical constraints, and business priorities. Meet regularly with health systems and imaging centers to understand workflows, gather feedback through interviews and beta programs, and monitor competitive offerings. Partner with engineering, sales, and marketing to develop go-to-market plans, support customer enablement, and define success metrics for adoption and satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience building enterprise healthcare software products
- Strong understanding of enterprise imaging workflows, including PACS, VNA, DICOM, and image exchange
- Experience leading products from concept through commercial launch
- Ability to translate complex customer workflows into intuitive software solutions
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience working closely with engineering teams in Agile development environments
- Bachelor's degree
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with healthcare interoperability technologies including DICOM, HL7, and FHIR
- Experience in cloud-based SaaS healthcare platforms
- Familiarity with healthcare privacy, security, and compliance requirements
- Experience working directly with radiology departments, imaging centers, or health systems
