Job Summary
Own product portfolio performance, including revenue, profitability, market share, and growth. Develop pricing strategies, forecasts, annual operating plans, and product roadmaps. Manage product lifecycle activities, including launches, portfolio optimization, and rationalization. Drive commercialization efforts and support customer qualifications for new products. Partner with procurement, manufacturing, quality, finance, and R&D teams to support supply continuity and business objectives. Develop business cases and identify new growth opportunities within the semiconductor packaging market. Monitor market trends, customer roadmaps, competitive activity, and emerging technologies. Engage with customers, foundries, OSATs, and industry partners to understand future requirements. Lead cross-functional teams to resolve product, supply, quality, and customer-related challenges. Present business updates, product strategies, and growth plans to internal and external stakeholders.
