Job Summary
Product Manager for the Accounting/Finance Platform in Krakow: own the ledger-enabled platform, onboarding new products, geographies, and payment methods; automate manual accounting workflows; strengthen controls across revenue, liabilities, and losses; translate stakeholder requirements into well-scoped features; manage the product backlog, define success metrics, and collaborate with engineering to deliver reliable outcomes. Leverage AI tooling to improve configurability and automation while maintaining appropriate controls, and support faster onboarding of new products and geographies. Requires 3-5 years of PM experience, SQL/BI (Tableau) and Python skills, AI/ML fluency, and ability to work in a data-driven, audit-sensitive environment. Hybrid work model with Krakow office.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years product management experience with engineering teams
- able to independently manage a backlog, write clear requirements and acceptance criteria, drive sprint execution, and deliver on time
- SQL proficiency
- BI tools experience (Tableau)
- Python experience
- AI/ML fluency and ability to scope and ship AI-powered features
- ability to translate complex requirements into well-scoped user stories
- experience in data-heavy environments and connecting data needs to business outcomes
