Job Summary
Own the operational health of HCIS, RPG-ECRM, and ESMS systems by managing end-to-end security patch cycles, triaging production support tickets, and executing monthly compliance reviews including GCC tenant and privilege access audits. Coordinate with vendors on technical commitments, track contract resources under MCAM and SSL agreements, and maintain accurate risk registers. Support the Senior Product Manager by grooming backlogs, tracking roadmap milestones, and facilitating stakeholder communications. This role balances tight operational discipline with product development activities to ensure reliable system performance. You will work in Singapore on government agency projects with a clear path into product management.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience in IT operations, systems management, or a related field
- Hands-on experience with security compliance and governance practices, including patch management, access reviews, and audit support in an enterprise environment
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously without dropping the ball on any of them
- Engaged directly with application and infrastructure vendors on technical or security matters, and knows how to hold vendors to account
- Communicates clearly in writing and in person, and knows when to escalate versus when to resolve independently
- Proactive and organized IT professional who takes ownership of their responsibilities
- Communicates issues clearly and promptly
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with enterprise middleware environments, cloud platforms such as GCC, and IT audit processes
- Prior exposure to product management practices such as backlog management, roadmap tracking, UAT coordination
- Experience with government IT systems or public sector compliance requirements
