Job Summary
Product Manager 3 for Adobe’s Digital Experience in Bengaluru, leading forecasting and pipeline visibility initiatives across Sales Performance Management and related systems. Own end-to-end product lifecycle from strategy and roadmap to data-driven predictions, ensuring scalable data flows and multi-system integrations. Collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Finance to align forecast definitions and revenue assumptions; drive improvements in forecast accuracy and pipeline coverage. Partner with Engineering on AI/ML-enabled capabilities and automation (copilots, agents, orchestration). Define and secure multi-year roadmaps for enterprise platforms, translate requirements into epics and user stories with clear acceptance criteria, and communicate artifacts (PRDs/BRDs, flows, journey maps, personas) to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Require strong cross-functional leadership, Agile/Scrum experience, and data modeling/forecasting expertise to deliver scalable solutions.
Required Qualifications
- 6–8 years in Product Management, ideally within Sales Performance Management, Forecasting, RevOps, or related platforms
- Experience owning complex, multi-system enterprise products or SPM and Forecasting platforms
- Strong comprehension of sales pipeline oversight, sales performance tracking, and forecasting procedures
- Strong experience partnering with engineering, architecture, and operations teams in Agile/Scrum environments
- Experience managing complex, multi-system initiatives through disciplined prioritization and execution
- Strong data and analytical abilities with experience working on data models, pipelines, and forecasting inputs
- Proven ability to drive cross-functional alignment and roadmap execution at scale
- Strong ability to elicit, structure, and validate business requirements through interviews, workshops, and discovery sessions
- Experience conducting fit-gap analysis to define MVP scope and strategic roadmap
- Ability to challenge and refine requirements to ensure alignment with business value, outcomes, and scalability
- Documentation & Communication Expertise in crafting PRDs, BRDs, process flows, journey maps, and personas
- Backlog Management & Delivery Readiness: translate requirements into epics, features, user stories with clear acceptance criteria
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Workfront)
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment: lead across Sales, RevOps, Finance, Engineering
- Analytical & Problem-Solving: using data to drive product decisions and improvements
- Execution & Operational Excellence: lifecycle management from discovery to optimization
- Ability to present to senior leadership and governance forums
