Job Summary
Product Manager for PC Optimum at Loblaw Digital; responsible for owning customer experience, design, architecture, and implementation of Canada’s largest loyalty program. Lead product strategy, backlog grooming, user-story creation, and cross-functional collaboration with Users, Developers, Designers, Merchandisers, Marketers, Operations, and Customer Service. Leverage analytics and user feedback to drive product development, with emphasis on experimentation and customer-centricity. 12-month contract with a focus on eCommerce loyalty initiatives and features for PC Optimum in Canada. Requires 3+ years of agile product management and experience coordinating engineering, design, and data teams; collaboration with cross-functional groups; customer-first mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of agile product management experience
- Experience leading Engineering, Design, Data Science & other business teams
- Some formal business education and/or experience working on a loyalty program
