Job Summary
Conduct product planning and prioritization for inbound warehouse and fulfillment operations, maintaining a roadmap and feature backlog grounded in clear rationale. Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and testing strategies alongside engineering partners to balance customer value, technical effort, and risk. Define measurement plans, engage in collaborative innovation discussions, and support incident triage and escalation. Develop collateral to introduce and evangelize the product across the business. This Product Manager 1 role leads technology and processes powering Nordstrom's supply chain, including receiving, item prep, quality audits, and putaway. You must work onsite at the Seattle office four days per week.
Required Qualifications
- You must be willing to work onsite at the Nordstrom Seattle office a minimum of 4 days/week
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field — or equivalent experience
- Background in supply chain, warehouse, or fulfillment operations
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS)
- Comfort with ambiguity and a curiosity for discovery work on new technology implementations
- Genuine interest in growing your supply chain and inventory product management skills
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience presenting technical solutions or business cases in a matrixed organization
