Job Summary
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the harvest team to ensure timely execution from field to shipping. Prepare and present reports on harvest and sales activities with performance metrics, while maintaining accurate records of customer data for process improvement. Collaborate with departments like Food Safety to understand business needs, and stay updated on market supply trends to inform optimal sales strategies. Provide commodity and item-level demand and inventory supply to the sales team for both short and long-term planning. Determine product pricing by utilizing market research data and reviewing production and sales costs. Adjust inventory item levels in MS AX to support customer demand daily.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Knowledge of sales, operations & supply chain management principles and practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
