Job Summary
Lead the Product Management team for ORBIS Medical Controlling, focusing on strategy alignment and customer needs while collaborating cross-functionally to improve healthcare solutions.
Required Qualifications
- University degree in Medical Informatics, Medicine, Nursing, Business Administration or an equivalent combination of training and experience
- 4 to 5 years expertise in healthcare software industry in Product Management or R&D
- Strong market knowledge of the hospital healthcare sector, especially within the DACH region
- Experience with ORBIS is an advantage
Desired Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Strong proficiency with modern office software (e.g., MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to balance conflicting inputs and unite teams around the best possible solution
- Deep expertise in medical controlling workflows and the use of digital systems supporting these processes
