Job Summary
Lead and mentor Product Managers to deliver value-driven software products within an enterprise product line. Set product vision and strategy, align cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Business Partners), and translate customer and associate needs into actionable plans. Drive delivery and execution, prioritize updates to support the enterprise roadmap, measure product performance with defined metrics, and influence vendors to align with strategic objectives. Foster collaboration, coach junior team members, advocate modern software development practices (XP, TDD, CD), and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Guides the product team to balance user needs with business goals, ensuring quality products that enhance customer experience and drive business growth. Travel as required; located in a comfortable indoor environment with occasional movement and lifting of light items.
Required Qualifications
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Minimum Education: bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Preferred Education: No additional education
- 6-8 years of relevant work experience
- Mastery of working as a Product Manager in a modern software development based enterprise environment
- Mastery of modern software development product management practices and agile methodologies (XP, paired programming, TDD, CD)
- Proficiency in communicating with and influencing team members at all levels
- Proficiency in creating, prioritizing and accepting user stories
- Proficiency in conducting user research and testing
- Proficiency in identifying goals, metrics and analytics
- Proficiency in conducting competitive research and analysis
- Proficiency in guiding more junior team members in Product Management fundamentals
- Proficiency in managing and growing team members
- Bachelor's degree in related field OR equivalent
- Experience with cross-functional teams and enterprise tech roadmaps
- Ability to travel 5-20% as typically required

- US work authorization required
- Overnight travel 5-20% of the time
