Job Summary
Senior Product Management Lead Analyst responsible for developing product plans, strategies and roadmaps in coordination with the FX business, operations, and technology. Analyze competitive landscapes to identify trends and opportunities, prioritize features, articulate client value propositions, translate requirements into test scripts and oversee delivery and post-implementation validation. Drive risk and compliance considerations, contribute to achievement of financial targets and operational efficiency, and collaborate across functions to ensure successful product development and execution.
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience
- Knowledge of marketing, credit, acquisitions, product development, and/or analytics
- Ability to work unsupervised and adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines or unexpected changes in expectations or requirements
- Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated analytical skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Bachelor’s degree
- Master’s degree preferred
