Job Summary
Draft user stories and documentation, organize and track the backlog, and prepare materials for Agile ceremonies. Participate in requirements sessions, compile feedback for reporting, and coordinate meetings and communications. Ensure documentation accuracy, track issues, and follow Agile practices while supporting training materials and onboarding. Maintain a strong organizational and communication mindset with an analytical approach to product management and technology. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- 0–2 years of relevant experience or internships
- Or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Microsoft Windows core services, including but not limited to DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, GPOs, and permissions
- Experience with Microsoft Hyper-V, including the provisioning and management of virtual machines and virtual networks
- Experience with the troubleshooting and configuration of Windows client and server operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills for network related issues involving switches, firewalls, VLANs and ports
- Experience with vulnerability management and remediation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Intune and Microsoft Configuration Manager
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic Microsoft Office proficiency
- Exposure to Agile concepts
- Interest in product management and technology
- Analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Must pass a pre-employment substance abuse test
