Job Summary
The Product Management Specialist will work closely with clients to elicit business requirements and document user/system requirements. This role requires collaboration with stakeholders to deliver innovative products and solutions, as well as performing systems analysis and product validation testing.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Management, or similar discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis, System Analysis, Development, Testing, or related role
- Experience in functional requirements writing
- Experience in business/systems analysis
- Experience in business process design/consulting
- Experience in systems development
- Experience in systems testing
- Good analytical, logic and problem solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and facilitation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of XML messages
- Experience with SoapUI
- Knowledge in distribution and NDC
- Experience in the airline industry
