Job Summary
Own product initiatives for the Reciprocating Compressors group, supporting growth through strategy, LRPs, and must-win processes. Drive collaboration with Marketing/Sales/ITO, monitor market trends and customer needs, and develop external collaborations/partnerships to strengthen product positioning. Lead internal promotion of RC offerings within tenders to improve Baker Hughes’ solutions, and participate in ad hoc projects. Requires a degree in engineering or economics and 5+ years in rotating equipment, plus strong English communication, executive-level presentation skills, entrepreneurial mindset, and proven program management capabilities.
Required Qualifications
- Have a degree in engineering or economics
- Demonstrate at least 5 Years of experience in rotating equipment
- Have excellent oral and written communication skills, be fluent in English and master presentations at executive level
- Have an entrepreneurial attitude and display solid behavioral, influencing and leadership skills
- Previous experience with documenting, planning, reporting, and executing programs
