Job Summary
Own the global Rimini Consult offer portfolio across all products, defining a unified framework for taxonomy, tiers, and scope boundaries to ensure coherence and commercial viability. Lead the productization of consulting services into repeatable, outcome-based offers spanning assessment through optimization, partnering with delivery leaders to validate readiness and success criteria. Drive continuous improvement through structured feedback loops, post-engagement reviews, and client insights while balancing revenue opportunity against margin and delivery feasibility. Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to align value propositions and support complex pursuits, tracking core performance indicators like attach rate and conversion. Serve as the central accountability point for consult offer decisions, establishing governance mechanisms and reusable delivery assets to increase scalability and reduce bespoke scoping.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in product management, services portfolio management, or consulting offer productization within enterprise technology or professional services organizations
- Proven experience owning and scaling services or consulting offers across multiple products or solution areas
- Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives through influence without direct people management responsibilities
- Strong analytical and operational rigor, including defining performance metrics and driving measurable improvement
- Experience operating in enterprise environments with complex, multi-stakeholder sales motions

- Experience in global consulting or managed services organizations
- Familiarity with enterprise application ecosystems, including ERP, applications, and managed services
