Job Summary
Group Product Manager leading a team of 3 Sr PMs within Orange Apron Media- AdTech; responsible for defining strategic context and ensuring product roadmaps align with OAM’s strategy and OKRs. Focus areas include strategy & planning, delivering enterprise products that enhance customer and associate experience, and driving value through epics, user stories, and back-end improvements. Leads, mentors, and develops product managers, collaborates across Engineering and UX, embodies modern software development practices (XP, TDD, continuous deployment), and manages stakeholder alignment, prioritization, and performance metrics to drive product value.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in related field
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience
- Minimum education: bachelor's degree
- Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
- Experience leading Product Management teams
- Proficiency in creating, prioritizing and accepting epics and user stories
- Experience guiding junior team members in Product Management fundamentals
- Ability to communicate with executive leadership and stakeholders
- Travel 5%-20% of the time
