Job Summary
Product Management Manager responsible for leading end-to-end product initiatives from conception to market launch, including planning, execution, and cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, marketing, and manufacturing to deliver product roadmaps and release plans. Key duties include driving process improvements, translating requirements into actionable plans and documentation (briefs, specifications, user stories, use cases), coordinating cross-functional teams, managing large projects, and applying creative problem-solving and business insight to meet annual objectives. Strong communication, multitasking, and professional judgment are essential; prior experience in product management and knowledge of the flooring industry are highly valued.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related or equivalent education and/or experience
- 6-8 years’ relevant experience or equivalent education and/or experience
- Prior project management experience preferred
- Working knowledge of the flooring industry and flooring product design preferred
