Job Summary
Product Manager (Lending) at Paytm Lending focused on re-imagining underwriting, risk, and operations using LLMs and AI agents. Hands-on role from prototype to production, digging into data, edge cases, and day-to-day problems to design practical solutions. Collaborates with risk, operations, engineering, and business stakeholders to define roadmaps, write PRDs, run experiments (A/B), and track OKRs/KPIs. Requires a Bachelor's in engineering/CS with MBA, 2-4 years PM experience, strong data skills (SQL/Excel), and hands-on experience building with LLMs; fintech/lending exposure is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science and/or related field with MBA from top tier colleges
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in product management, product analytics, or a similar role
- Genuine, hands-on experience building with LLMs
- Strong customer-first mindset
- Ability to write clear product requirement documents and manage roadmaps
- Comfort with data (SQL, Excel, analytics) to validate hypotheses
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Nice to have: exposure to lending, fintech, or MSME products
