Job Summary
Collaborate with Technology, Logistics, Buying, Planning, Merchandising, and Marketing to share insights, communicate changes, and drive operational improvements. Assist with vendor relations, A/B testing, POS enhancements, documentation, international business, and user acceptance testing while gathering and documenting product requirements and user feedback. Shadow product managers and cross-functional stakeholders including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success teams to observe and participate in product planning sessions, sprint ceremonies, and stakeholder meetings. Develop a comprehensive end-of-internship presentation highlighting key insights, learnings, and recommendations.
Required Qualifications
- Candidates must be enrolled in a full time bachelor's program in an area relevant for the role during the academic term immediately before their internship.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, assess impact, and recommend practical solutions
- Clear and effective communicator, with a team player mindset
- Proactive, positive, and adaptable approach to change
- A 'no task is too small' mindset paired with an interest in improving systems at scale
Desired Qualifications
- Retail or ecommerce experience preferred, but not required
