PM intern will own a slice of Pebl's Talent Solution track, write a PRD, collaborate directly with engineers and designers, and ship a feature to production within a 12-week internship. Responsibilities include researching how companies hire internationally via competitive analysis and customer interviews, turning findings into product direction, drafting the PRD, defining acceptance criteria, and tracking post-launch metrics. Ideal candidates are rising juniors, seniors, or MBA students with strong written communication, analytical mindset, and self-starting attitude; bonus for experience with B2B SaaS, HR tech, or prior PM internships; outcomes include a shipped feature, a full PRD, user research artifacts, and a before/after metric story.
