Job Summary
Lead product management for liquidity platforms within Treasury Management, defining strategy, multi-year roadmaps, and end-to-end product initiatives. Own the platform outcomes by balancing near-term delivery with long-term transformation, collaborating with Technology, Operations, Risk, and business stakeholders to translate needs into prioritized initiatives, and driving alignment to deliver high-value liquidity and payments solutions. Manage product teams, drive governance with executives, and oversee risk, audit, and regulatory considerations while fostering customer-focused product development and a differentiated experience across platforms.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with liquidity and payments systems
- Experience with corporate deposits, postings, settlements
- Strong partnership with Technology in matrixed organizations
- Ability to define and prioritize product work across multiple platforms
- Strategic mindset with execution accountability
- Strong communication and influence skills
- Experience in regulated/financial services environments
- Ability to translate business needs into prioritized product initiatives
- Ability to manage senior stakeholder alignment
