Job Summary
Collaborate with vertical product managers and business leads to analyze product use cases, customer journeys, and business impact. Translate technical requirements into detailed product requirement documents while managing future roadmaps and deliverables with engineering leads. Lead Agile/Scrum processes, track roadmaps, and proactively test features to ensure comprehensive journey coverage and data-driven KPI tracking. Provide subject matter expertise in lending platforms and LMS systems to influence senior management and clear technical roadblocks.
Required Qualifications
- 8-13 years of experience
- minimum 8 years in product management
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science and/or related field
- Professional experience in a product management or analytical role with hands on experience in banking processes
- deep understanding of Lending and LMS (Loan Management System) Platform(s)
- Knowledge of Fintech/ BFSI/ Lending domain
- Solutions orientated within a high-energy and fast-paced work environment
- Exceptional customer experience intuition
- demonstrated success in creating innovative and user-friendly products and customer-facing features
- excellent oral, written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
