Job Summary
Director of Product Management responsible for product planning, product marketing, sales strategy, and brand growth across global markets. Defines product vision, strategy, and roadmap; assesses market opportunities; collaborates with engineering on specifications; leads the Stage Gate process; plans product life cycle; works with global sales leadership to develop and execute growth initiatives; develops pricing guidance and customer value propositions; mentors junior PMs; delivers market and growth strategies with a three-year outlook; maintains distributor and end-user training; maintains close collaboration with regional sales and site teams to drive revenue and market share. Requires a Bachelor's degree in business or engineering and seven years of relevant experience; travel 20-40% as needed; work arrangement onsite in Downers Grove, IL.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field
- Seven (7) years of experience in business development, product management or equivalent role
- Leadership experience in Sales, Marketing, and Business Development
