Job Summary
Product Manager - Data Products & Analytics to lead data product initiatives for Planning and Supply Chain Analytics. Own the roadmap, partner with cross-functional teams, define business-critical KPIs, and deliver analytics and AI/ML-driven capabilities to improve decision-making and business outcomes. Collaborate with Planning, Sourcing, Sales, Product Management, and Finance to translate business needs into scalable data solutions, ensure data accuracy and trust across analytics, present roadmaps and results, and drive adoption of scalable analytics solutions across the organization. Requires strong product management skills, experience with analytics and enterprise data solutions, and proficiency with Power BI; familiarity with ERP/planning platforms and KPI definition is essential. A Bachelor's degree is required, with 3+ years of related experience; Master’s degree and additional planning/AI/ML experience are preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, Operations Consulting, Business Analytics, or related disciplines
- Strong experience with Power BI, including report development, DAX, dashboards, and dataflows
- Experience working with Planning, Supply Chain Analytics, Financial Analytics, S&OP, or IBP processes
- Familiarity with ERP and planning solutions such as SAP, Oracle, Blue Yonder, Kinaxis, o9 Solutions, or similar platforms
- Proven ability to define, implement, and manage KPIs and business performance metrics
- Experience gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable technical solutions
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication skills with both business and technical audiences
- Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Travel: 20%
