Job Summary
Support the PMO Manager in tracking the Product Line project portfolio, milestones, deliverables, risks and status updates; prepare project and performance reporting to improve visibility of progress, priorities and issues; analyze aftermarket product data to identify trends and opportunities and guide Portfolio and Product Managers on where to focus; translate data into clear insights, dashboards and presentations for business discussions; collaborate to improve the quality and usability of project and performance data; help maintain governance within the PMO to ensure timely reporting; demonstrate analytical rigor and business acumen to connect project activity with product-line priorities; requires fluent English and international travel.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in project follow-up and performance analysis in a complex business environment
- Ability to work with data, identify patterns, and translate findings into actionable insights for stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple activities while maintaining priorities
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present data clearly and take action
- Experience working with reporting tools, performance data, and structured project tracking
- Comfort dealing with cross-functional teams including project, portfolio, and product stakeholders
- Willingness to travel internationally
