Job Summary
Product Line Manager for Wealth Management at a credit union. Owns the product roadmap for the assigned product line, partnering with internal stakeholders and external partners to develop innovative products and experiences that meet member needs. Drives go-to-market strategies, cross-functional collaboration across marketing, IT, risk, and lending/support services, and continuously gathers member feedback through surveys, focus groups, and partnerships to inform ideation and enhancements. Responsible for monitoring profitability, analyzing market trends and KPIs, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years in related roles with strong data-driven decision making, stakeholder collaboration, and ability to translate complex data into strategic product opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Marketing, Finance, Product Management, Project Management or related field)
- 4 to 6 years of experience in product management, financial services, project management, or innovation roles
- Strong ability to analyze product performance and translate data into actionable strategies
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to translate complex data into insights
- Understanding of Product Lifecycle Process
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and maintain accountability
- Must be eligible for ICCU membership to obtain employment
